Health & Safety
Policy
The essence of our business is built on the firm belief that a safe and healthy workplace is a fundamental right of every person and also a business imperative. Our policy requires that we take responsibility for maintaining a productive workplace in every part of our company by minimizing the risk of accidents, injury and exposure to health hazards for all our employees.
POA operates a safety management system which incorporates continual improvement and monitoring of results and ensures that legal requirements regarding occupational health and safety issues are fulfilled. We conduct annual reviews of occupational health and safety issues in order to sustain our objective of ensuring safe operations with zero reportable injuries and fatalities across our business units.
In addition, we are working with our partners to ensure health and safety risks are minimized for their employees and contract workers
